Time and Dates
The Con will be at the Holiday Inn Express on Hwy 49 in Auburn, CA.
Veterans Day is Tuesday, the 11th of November, so the convention will run as follows -
Thursday the 6th - 5 PM - when we're done.
Friday the 7th - 9 AM - when we're done.
Saturday the 8th - 9 AM - when we're done.
Sunday the 9th - 9 AM - 6 PM.
These times are contingent on how many games we have going and at what times. I will adjust the times as the Schedule of Events comes together.
If folks are spending Sunday night at the hotel, we can run later if they want to.
Games will be listed as they are scheduled on the Schedule of Events page. I reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary for a balanced schedule. I will notify you prior to making any changes to the schedule with the GM. Remember to keep checking this site for updates.
Convention rooms:
There are two convention rooms, the Sierra and the Auburn Terrace.
